Deja vu all over again?

Feels like Im playing the same hidden object game more than once, but with slight variations each time. Long dialogue sequences do not seem to matter in the games. Will it ever end? I dont feel a sense of progress in the game. Hard to fail each task with ample time and/or hints. I have skipped at least one mini-game that I had no interest in.
